Music in the Mountains Show:
Live musical variety show featuring country, blues, gospel, contemporary and bluegrass music. This lively show is held every third Saturday at 6:00 pm in the Horseshoe Bend Theatre, located in the Diamond B Mall in Horseshoe Bend. Hosted and emceed by our own Melodie Clemmons. Dogwood Days - May 12:
Held annually around the time the Dogwood trees are in bloom. Features food and craft vendors, entertainment and lots of games for the kids. Turkey Mountain Golf Course hosts the annual Dogwood Days golf tournament 3 person scramble. Don't miss it!
July 4th - Independence Day Celebration and Parade.
Horseshoe Bend Boating & Fishing Club's lake flotilla, on Crown Lake at 5:00 pm.
Fireworks: At dusk enjoy fireworks over Turkey Mountain Golf Course. Free parking, donations appreciated.
Chamber Radio Auction - TBA
You can bid on locally donated items by watching the action on television Channel 2, by listening to KSAR radio station FM 98.3, or come on down to City Hall and watch the action in person.
Spring / Fall Citywide Yard Sale:
Spring - April 14 and Fall - Sept 8
Lots of yard sale action going on citywide and community wide. Look for specific dates twice each year. Pick up your listing at the chamber office starting at 7:30 am, and get shopping!
LPGA Legends Tour - TBA
The Legends Tour, Official Senior Tour of the LPGA, is held at The Golf Course on Turkey Mountain, a 73 par course. This charity Pro Am brings LPGA Legends to the state!
Haunted House - October 29 - October 31
Join us, if you dare, for our Haunted House from 6 - 8 pm each evening. Located in the Diamond B Mall.
Trunk or Treat - Oct 31:
At the Diamond B Mall. Instead of trick or treating door to door, your kids can go trunk to trunk. Decorate your trunk or enter the costume contest for both adults and children! Winners go on stage at the Horseshoe Bend Theatre for all to see.
Festival of Trees - Dec 8-9:
See trees displayed at Cedar Glade Resort and Spa (formerly Hillhigh Resort). Enter the contest and your tree may be a winner!
Christmas Parade and Santa at the Mall - Dec 8:
Come on out, watch the parade (lots of candy, guaranteed!) and visit Santa at the Diamond B Mall - tell him what you want for Christmas!
Horseshoe Bend is a proud part of the Annual Arkansas Trail of Holiday Lights during November/December!
